Performing Arts 

 

Linda Vista is proud to offer an exceptional music program in an era when many fine arts programs are being eliminated.  We believe that music is an integral part of our whole-child education.

 

All students in grades K-4 are part of our choir, and students in 5-8 have the opportunity to join our select choir, One Voice.

 

Students in grades K-2 use handbells to learn notes and how to play together.  Students in grades 3-4 use recorders to learn music theory and how to read music.  In grades 5-8, students choose a band instrument and further develop their performing arts skills.

Our students have the opportunity to perform at our Christmas and spring concerts, as well as at our five supporting churches through Ventura County.
